Starting 30 Day Shred

My 30 Day Shred just came in the mail today! Now to start it. How many days a week should I be doing this workout?

    Hello I started today, its twenty minutes everyday for 30 days for maximum results!! I thought it was really good!
  • i do it thru the week and do something else thru the weekend.

    I did everyday for 30 days, I did 10 days at level one, then 10 days at level 2, then 10 days at level 3. It never got easy, however.
    Some people say you should do the same exercise everyday, but it's ok, because it's only 25 minutes or so.
