I had this with two of my pregnancies really badly, I had to be induced at 38 weeks with both babies, i now attend a fitness pilates class once a week, I have been doing this for two years now and have had no probs but if I miss a couple of weeks my hips start playing up again!!
  • Hi,
I too had this with both my pregnancies, some time ago! It does clear up but it takes a while. I had a lot of joint problems post-pregnancy so I started taking cod liver oil capsules. I don't know for sure if it worked, but my joint pain went away and I'm fine now.

    Hope this helps xx

I had this with my fourth child. Mine actually got worse after delivery. It is such a gross sensation, that grinding/clicking - gives me the shivers thinking about it! I think it took about two months for mine to go away completely which seemed to match the information I could find on it. That seems a long time to still have issues, have you asked a doctor about it? Hope it stops soon...
