I actually just started, last night I did 30 min cardio, and worked solely on abs. Today I planned on doing legs. I have an app that has various exercises for each body part. I was just going to pick 6 and change it up every week, I use free weights and exercise machines. So should I do upper body one day, then lower body…

I guess I was the "1 in 15" that actually stayed. I joined my gym in Jan to get the free registration fee 2 years ago, and I'm still there! However, my friends who joined with me were long gone by March.

My YMCA does this too. i am also a single mother of 2 ( 6 and 1), and they love going there. I only pay 20/mo for the 3 of us. On the days I don't go to the gym I try to go for a walk around the neighborhood. They love being outside.

If I know I'm going to a buffet I try to excercise more than usual to gain more calories.

I went from a 38DD to a 36D, I'm just a little upset because these Victoria Secret bras are not cheap! Now I have to find someone to give the old ones to.

I'm not a fan of them by themselves but I have Extreme Milk Chocolate and French Vanilla Creme, they are both great in smoothies and oatmeal.

If I know I'm going out, usually that morning I try to do a little extra cardio to gain more calories. When I go out I usually drink a Vodka Gimlet which is Vodka and lime juice.

If I know I'm eating out, I usually double my workout to earn more calories.

I am on Level 2 Day 5, and I am not seeing weight changes, but I am losing inches. I think someone else mentioned this, but ever since I started Level 2, my knees hurt. Who else is experiencing this? I also do C2K along with gym classes to switch it up throughout the week.
