Strength Training question
Hello all, quick question: How many different exercises and reps/set am I supposed to be doing per body part? Example: On leg day, I do 6 different excercises, 15 reps of each, 3 sets. Does that sound right? Thanks in advance!

I just went to Target and purchased 2 big tubs of old fashioned oats because they were on sale. Problem is I dont know what to with them. I've been eating the Quakers flavored oatmeal packets, but I know those are not the best for you. What do you put in your oatmeal?

Besides the "dirty dozen", are there foods that you buy organic vs non organic? I've heard fruits and veggies with thick skin don't have to be organic but things like milk, meat, and apples should be organic.

Workout days
Just curious what your workout days are. I use to try to workout M-F and rest on weekends but I noticed because I got off so late, I didnt really have time to prep meals or spend time with my kids. Now I workout Monday, Wednesday, Thurs, and Sat. Seems to be going great so far!
