Workout days

Just curious what your workout days are. I use to try to workout M-F and rest on weekends but I noticed because I got off so late, I didnt really have time to prep meals or spend time with my kids. Now I workout Monday, Wednesday, Thurs, and Sat. Seems to be going great so far!

I work out every day, do 4 days of lifting, then a strictly cardio day, then repeat, mostly just because I look forward to going to the gym every day.0
