I'm not sure what a pacer is, but if it's like a fitbit and your steps automatically sync to your MFP account, then it's already giving you credit for your treadmill workout so you shouldn't log that separately.

Thanks everyone! The location and day are set (room reserved for the weekend), so there's no changing it. Did you add your Fitbit to sync it to MFP? If not, you need to do that via the "Apps" tab, then the "Steps" sub-tab. It will then be added as a cardiovascular exercise titled "Fitbit calorie adjustment"

You need to add the generic "strength training" times under the cardiovascular section in the exercise diary - that is how you get calories allotted. The strength portion of the exercise diary is just for keeping track of reps/weights.

Absolutely! Mine is about 5-10 lbs over my "healthy" weight range. It's the point where I look at myself and think "Meh - I look pretty good" and get lazy about wanting to look BETTER.

I'm not sure, but I give serious side-eye to anyone that spells "Voila" as "Walla" or "Wala". The fact that I've seen this MULTIPLE times makes me weep.

I read it that way at first, too, but I think it's actually a pre-packaged lettuce/carrot mix that just has "double carrots" in it. Like those pre-packaged mixed green salads.

Congrats OP! Just remember that there's no rule that says only men can go in the free-weight area, and you belong there just as much as anyone else. I was the only girl lifting at my gym for a good 6 months, and now I'm seeing some new women wander over and I think it's GREAT.

What do you have your activity level set at? If you're anything more than sedentary, and you haven't been hitting enough steps for the day, it will subtract from your allowance. You can change this in the settings by unchecking the box that says "enable negative calorie adjustments".
