I am on pacer it tracks your steps. My question is should I add the calories from that and my treadmill calories?

I'm not sure what a pacer is, but if it's like a fitbit and your steps automatically sync to your MFP account, then it's already giving you credit for your treadmill workout so you shouldn't log that separately.0

I also use the Pacer app. If you have Pacer syncing to MFP then no, you do not manually add the extra calories, Pacer should already be doing it.0

Thank you both. Loulamb7, my pacer is not hooked up to MFP. Ok, like the other day I burned 212 call on just the treadmill and 300 on Pacer. So, would I put 512 which treadmill plus Pacer or just Pacer bc Pacer has tracked all my steps all day?0

MFP already accounts for daily activity in your activity level, therefore you should only be adding exercise steps. I would add the 212 on the treadmill and consider the Pacer steps as part of daily activity and not add them.0
