hi! my only suggestion would be.. in your settings do you have your job as one that has the running around included, or as sedentary? you may be 'doubling up' if you log cleaning as the running around at work, when this could already be included in your daily calorie intake.. just a thought to consider :) if you want to do…

I was going to repeat week 4 as well because I struggled running 5 minutes at a time, but was okay with the 3 minute runs. I also weigh daily, but take my daily amounts with a grain of salt and only record them on a weekly basis (Saturday), I don't use my daily amounts to make sure I am losing, but mainly so that I can see what is normal for my body

I have this battle with my scales too! Sometimes I will have to step on it three times before I know which number is the correct number! I am just a little scared to buy a new one as it might tell me something completely different.... at least this one is 'old reliable...eventually!"

I'm also on 1200 calories, sometimes I even struggle to eat this much, I don't know how I'd eat anymore.. Feel free to add me, I also would love more friends for the support

My official weigh in is tomorrow, but as of today no weight loss all week.. I am gutted :( I didn't break my eating plan and I exercised in one way or another every day except yesterday. . . I even started the 30 day shred. Here's hoping its just a once off, and from next week I will continue to lose

exercise and a yummy protein bar, within my calorie intake for the day... if you get the right one it gives you that 'chocolate fix'... it worked me for just yesterday :)

I am exactly the same. I will wait and see how I go when I reach 130 if I feel happy and fit then I will stay where I am, if not, I will go to the 120. Currently I am 157, and for my first goal I am hoping to be 132 before my holiday in September :)
