I would recommend using your HRM for the gym as it would be more accurate. You can add you workouts and you calories from the HRM either into MFP or the fitbit website and they will be factored into your day. I dont like the body media as you have to pay a monthly subscription. for me that is a major CON. if you are starting at home i would probably buy a 8 kg, and build my workouts around it. I would totally get a pink one.. my gym has one PINK kettlebell which is 12 kg and Im pushing myself to be able to use it.. Good luck!!

Hi Ive been a member here for almost 2 years, Ive was trying to lose about 15 pounds back then, now ive gained another 15 so trying to lose around 35. Im graduating in april and really want to look good for that.

Im a medical student (soon doctor lol so that might give me some credibility ) and COMPLETELY agree with this. And the depo provera (the shot) is very high on progesterone so alot of ppl gain weight but luckily most of it is water weight (but if u can go for IUD or something else )

i love them.. YES they have a fishy smell when u open them but it dosnt bother me.. just follow the guide on the pack.. love them with thai green curry or anything with tomato (i use the "rice" ones instead of pasta in bolognese sauce)

hi am anette im a student who managed to gain around 35 pounds in 2 years... trying to get back to my pre uni weight... i've already lost about 15 lbs and have another 25 to go.. hoping to loose about 10 before july/august so that i can feel happy in a bikini :P
