My Fitbit Died.. Grrr

It went thru a wash, normal cycle. And to add insult to injury, I then put it in the Dryer....

and now it is dead, a month and a half later....

Sigh

    Try contacting customer services bike heard similar stories where people say, it has been replaced.

    Same happened to me and they replaced it!
    Also have u tried putting it in a bag of rice its supposed to help.

    Fitbit customer support are brilliant.

    Mine's still working, though it's pretty much fallen apart. Its a Fitbit Ultra and literally just out of the 1 year warranty. Emailed Customer Support, sent them pics and proof of purchase and they sent a replacement through within a week.
