I noticed a difference not by how many pounds. It was after a certain amount of TIME. I noticed my flat stomach after a month.

Level 2 day 1 COMPLETE. The worse move I think would be the plank (the one where you jump up to your chest) and the skater move

I would say MFP does work. basically ANY WEBSITE that lets you log calories and exercise will help you. I once lost weight doing this in a notebook. You just have to log everything in.

Level 1 day 6 DONE! I am soooo happy to say that The things that were harder for me on day 1 are easier. Like the push ups. On day 1 when I started I couldnt even DO ONE "GIRL" PUSH UP. but now I can do pushups fr the whole time. Im proud of myself.

Level 1 day 5 COMPLETE I took a break for 2 days because I felt unmotivated AND my thighs were killing me from the squats but I got my groove back

No breakfast IS the most important meal of the day. Without it your metabolism wont burn even half as much. Ask your doctor about stuff like skipping breakfast.

If your gonna eat them just as a treat its fine. But in general they're SUPER BAD for you if you eat them all the time.

Im 5"3 and my goal is to be 110 pounds but my first goal is to be 120 pounds. That will probably take about a year

30 day shred for sure I dont like insanity because its hard on the joints because you jump ALOT and jump high. So 30 day shred.

you dont have to log everything EVERYTHING like if you eat 1 grape don't get onto MFP and track down 1 grape...thats called obsessive calorie counting. But if you ate a whole serving of grapes THEN you track it.
