I keep binging in the Night. Its always only the night. I do so good in the day and exercise. But the when night time comes Im a mess. I eat enough food in the day. Im not starving myself. Has this ever happened to anyone?

Being Called fat hurts
I have only lost 2 pounds. I see that as a accomplishment. I shared that over lunch. Then I get an email from a girl I was fighting with. It hurt bad she called me fat and laughed in my face. Then she told m e in front of my crush that I needed to go to the gym. Why are people so mean to fat people?

What are the BEST whole body strength exercises?
Hi. I keep seeing people say "I do lots of strength training for the whole body." but when I go online to see what I should do there are like 50 of them and I dont know which ones work the best. So far I see dead lifts as the most common. What do you guys do that you SAW has good results?

Hi all, My first question is do you think I would see more progress doing a workout video or doing the elliptical. Like I would do the elliptical for 1 hour on high resistance for a month.
