What are the BEST whole body strength exercises?

Options
Hi. I keep seeing people say "I do lots of strength training for the whole body." but when I go online to see what I should do there are like 50 of them and I dont know which ones work the best. So far I see dead lifts as the most common.
What do you guys do that you SAW has good results?

    Burpees....omg! LOL

They are great for core, legs, arms, shoulders, glutes if you do the squat jump on the way up, and cardio!

Most compound movements, especially the big 3, squats, deadlifts and benching, although personally I think benching is over-rated

In my opinion Stronglifts 5x5 is pretty good.

Even if you don't do the whole "program" to the letter, the actual exercises used are excellent:

    Squat
    Deadlift
    Bench Press
    Pendlay Row
    Overhead Shoulder Press

^^ This, but I substitute bentover rows for pull ups and add in military presses. You can also add in cleans or push press, great whole body exercises.

Power yoga.... not the "let's get Zen yoga" I'm talking about Baptiste Power Yoga (google it)... I'm sure I'll get a lot of slack for this... but I've lost 14 sizes...

It makes you lean and mean....

    Bingo.

Even playing two cards at once I don't think Bingo is a very good exercise.

I lost 14 lbs playing bingo.. as long as you're in a deficit and all...
