I'm exclusively nursing right now as well with my 4 month old. I'm not restricting too heavily. I held on to, and gained quite a bit of weight after my pregnancy. At my 6 week pp check up I was 226. i like doing pm workouts they help me sleep better, i don't have to wake up early, they are more convenient with my husbands schedule and they help me unwind after a long day.

Have you calibrated your band? The calibration makes it more accurate. I had a rough time with it before I calibrated it. But when I used my HRM along with my up band it was pretty accurate ( with in like 20 calories.) I recommend calibrating it like 3 times or so, and then like once a month.

Non scale victory. In regards to posting our nsv's I can run at a pace of 5 mph on a treadmill now, and I just started week 6 of the zombies, run! 5k trainer... When I started the 5k trainer my speed was 4. I bumped it up to a 5 though.

I have hypothyroidism and I don't take thyroid medication (I know I should but I am waitin for insurance) and I have lost over 40 pounds so it's possible even without medication.
