I normally only get yelled at if I am very low on my calorie intake, today i have 323 left still and it didn't give me any trouble. My "if everyday were like today" predictor doesn't usually fluctuate that much as long as i am eating the same.. not going over or under on my goals. so maybe yours just has a glitch? I don't…

Holidays are the worst for me, my family loves to bake loads of deserts even if we know its going to be a small get together. Ok, so the site gave me a certain amount of calories I can take in right? my goal is to lose 2 pounds a week. 1650 Is what I can take in, but daily I always seem to end up with like 700 left over. Do I need to try to take in more calories? I mean, I am not going to make myself sick by taking in to little Calories am I?…

My mom and I are watching calories. Normally I would eat two packets of ramen noodles for dinner. I didn't think they were that bad. but it turns out its like 190 calories for each HALF a packet! lol. so i was taking in 760 Calories each time lol. I can't even look at ramen anymore rofl.

my mom and i both are doing them and they aren't that bad. I am not strong enough to do weights with it so i use cans of soup ( it actually works ) and its not to bad on the back that i have noticed yet. i also do the sitting down kind that was metioned where you lift the weight over your head. thanks guys

Ok so here is the problem.
