12 tbs of peanut butter scares me... I use like 3+ tbls per sandwhich lol and a pj sammich is a snack. One pbj is easily 500+ cals add a glass of milk lol half your cals gone in a snack...

I Actually gained weight in June scale went up to Over 270 I got it down to 262 though and im back on track! JULY HAS TO BE BETTER!!!

My issue with this is shredded cheese, if i ask for no letucce they usually pile on the shredded cheese or that no one is really measuring the cheese they just grab whatever.. i know this can add hundreds of cals very easliy..
