    We can do this! Food shouldn't have that big of a control on us!! My plan.. clean up my diet.. A LOT! and hit the gym on a regular basis.

    I can do this. I can control what i eat. I can stop myself when i look an chocolate. What is chocolate? A brown rectangle with next to no nutritional benefits, and it wants me to eat it so bad, so that it can attach itself to my hips for the rest of my life, reminding me to regret my choice in foods.


    I really want some chocolate right now :/

    I've gotten used to drinking tea(no sugar), 2 eggs, toast w/peanut butter in the morning if it's my day off from working out.

    I like to drink a Protein Shake (Garden of Life: Raw Protein: Vanilla) in the morning, it isn't very cleansing but it keeps me full and gives me some energy for my morning at work. I also enjoy a chai blend tea.

    5 pounds in a month will be hard, as I've been plateauing recently - lost 3 pounds in the past 6 weeks. But as 5 more pounds is my goal weight, I will give it a shot with your help and motivation!
