    I've been working on losing pounds for a while. I'm in!

    Favourite drink or snack: lemon or lime and ginger tea, granola bar (but is that very cleansing!!).
    Breakfast is usually porridge oats with tsp of sugar and 15 mls semi-skimmed milk or honey nut cereal with cholesterol lowering yoghurt drink.

    Favourite cleansing breakfast: This doesn't sound 'cleansing', but scrambled eggs, made with water and lots of black pepper with 1 slice rye bread and spinach and then lots of water and green tea. This usually keeps me full for a while!
