    Breakfast: porridge oats, tsp sugar and 15 mls of semi-skimmed mild OR honey nut flakes with a cholesterol reducing yogurt drink.

    I think I'm wearing this new body quite confidently.

    I'm in :-) I've missed the last month due to getting married / honeymoon etc but I'm back on it this month and almost back to where I started before my month off eating everything in sight!!
