I usually like a fairly substantial breakfast so toast or even egg and bacon. Plus my ccoffee fix. I need to eat something due to meds and I prefer a good brekkie and a lighter lunch. Mags0 -

Breakfast really is my downfall... i am never organised enough, with getting the kiddies to childcare and myself into town to go to work.. i usually grap a coffee and a scone.. i know... its dreadful! I really hate porridge though.. and all the muesli typr things are fairly sugary.. although, better than a scone... I think i will start having muesli and yoghurt and fruit.. probably still will have a skinny latte though!0 -
