How about 20 by 60? That's a lot to tackle in a short amount of time. My goal is 40 by 40, but I have until Oct. so totally doable healthily.

For me it is. Just as others have said 1. it's out of the way as anything can come up later on in the day; 2. it not only makes me feel energized but I make better eating decisions; 3. your body does get used to it. I say give it a try for a week and see how you are able to function at work/get things accomplished during…

Insanity. Body Beast. Body shred. Crossfit type workouts you find online. Just know that with any tape you will get bored as it's the same thing each time you press play on the DVD. So you definitely want to get a variety that focus on different things to keep things interesting and challenging.

I find that running outside is definitely easier than on the treadmill. With that being said, to assist in replicating outside as much as possible, if your treadmill has a "random" workout choose this. I run this way because it adjusts the incline for you. All you have to do is manually adjust the speed just as you would…

Nice job for the first three months of your journey. Losing 20lbs is no easy feat. Keep up the good job as you pursue the next set of pounds to your ultimate goal.

Eggs are fine. I found that I just got sick of them.

I would definitely make sure I eat a nice size snack and dinner the night before. The only concern I would have is starting into the Insanity. How long has it been since you've worked out in the morning? If it's been a while, the exercise may be too intense to start off with and coupled with your fasted state, may be the…

Since I workout out as soon as I wake up before work, I have to. However, on the weekends if I go for a long run/bike ride, I eat a little something and then head out 1 hour later.

Just curious, is there a reason why you have your fats at 25%. I've gone as high as 45% on fat just because of the nuts, oils, olives, meat I was taking in. Since you had plenty of carbs left over, consider adjusting your ratio to 40C/30P/30F to begin with and keep adjusting until your sweet spot depending on what your…

It's wonderful that you all are pain free. Though it's not the only reason I'm sure, but releasing the excess weight around your knees helped wonderfully in relieving your pain and giving you a better quality of life.

Alright now lady. You look fabulous. Great job on committing to your goal of getting healthier.
-
Definitely first thing in the morning before the day gets in the way. Try a 3 day on/1 day off approach as not to get overwhelmed in the beginning. You'll find the balance of what works for you.
-
You look great. Congrats on accomplishing your goal.
-
Great that you are not using your job as a reason (though legitimate) to continue to be stagnant. You got this. We're all here for you as we're all in the same boat, wanting to be healthier.

415am. Unless I'm extremely tired or its extremely cold. Love to get it over with and out of the way. That way no excuses if something comes up at work and I have to stay late.

I've done it twice before and made it to Lifetime. Momentum worked best for me. PointsPlus didn't work at all as I ended up gaining the weight I lost and never could make it back to goal. I too began to get frustrated with the meetings as I found people waxing poetic about how they cheat the system with their foods and…

Definitely the crossing of the legs. When you realize you didn't become a contortionist to fit into your pants, they just slipped right up with ease.

I quit saying cheat meals/days for one. I have 3/4 treat meals each week. I like this as opposed to a day set in stone because life happens and I may have social events on different days during the week. These treats also give me something to look forward to each week. I am able to fit them in and keep moving. I haven't…

Definitely use the flat soles. More stable. Like others said, if you can't afford (or are cheap like me and don't want to spend an arm/leg) for the name brand, Converse-type are great subs.

Count me in.

Great way to tackle your goal. Small achievements at a time. Keep up the good work.

Great job on your loss in your first month. Month one for me was 3 pounds. I wanted 5 but I'm glad with the 3. This time around I'm not rushing anything. Working on focusing on making better decisions that will turn into habit. Keep pushing yoursself.

And conquering and/or learning after each struggle makes me appreciate the journey even more.

You look wonderful. Wow, six months. Great job.

Daytona Beach and an Alaskan Cruise.

You've done the hardest part...signing up. You got this. Congrats on making the first step.
-
Those are delicious. And of course you can't just eat one. Good for you on recognizing your weakness and leaving them there.
-
Congratulations lady!!! You looked great before and FABULOUS now. I have the same goal that you're almost to. How did you get there?
-
Look at you!!! That looks like more than 30 pounds. Keep it going. You got this.
