  • Thanks I appreciate that
  • Keep it up, don't let negative people get to you. All these naysayers probably don't have the willpower to what you have done. You're doing this for YOU and your health, not for these other people. As long as you like what you see in the mirror, you've already won. Keep your eye on the prize...and if you want to wear…
  • How many calories did you burn doing all this research?
  • I'm in the same boat, I switched to Nestles Coffee-mate Fat free french vanilla creamer 25 cal per tbsp. Some things you cant give up, I like my coffee the way I like it. Just include it in your calories now, maybe take a walk around the block to earn extra calories. Good luck - J
  • I agree, how can u burn more per minute walking than weight training. If you figure it out please post, good luck - J
  • Its not easy to open up like that, good for you, that's a big first step. I think the name of the game here is slow and steady wins the race. The first day and days will be the hardest, as your body gets used to the dietary change it will get easier, not easy...easier. There are a lot of really good low cal/healthy foods…
  • Yeah its tough, adding a little more exercise each week will help. You should have more energy now, good luck!
  • Are you sure, that doesn't sound accurate. 12 x 0 is still 0, who came up with that statistic. Maybe the I can't believe its not butter company could clarify or confirm that. I use the Parkay one its cheaper, I don't see how that can be. Good looking out though, I use that stuff in lieu of butter/margarine for almost any…
  • Yeah don't get down, the best thing you can do is log it. Having to look at it in your diary is actually helpful for future bad days. One bad day doesn't ruin the diet. Get back on it and you will be fine, look at it as a bump in the road. Pizza is my Achilles Heal, everyone has one. Good luck!!
  • Yeah you should spread it out as evenly as possible. I seem to always have bigger dinners, but its best to be as even as possible on B. L. D., keep snacks small. You don't want to go to bed all full. Breakfast is super important to kick start your metabolism so don't skimp on that, good luck!!
  • Do not add it to your daily water count if it has artificial sweetener in it. That stuff dehydrates you, and would be counter productive. Its would fall into the "Diet Coke" category. Read the label first, good luck!!

  • Ok the only thing I can think of is maybe you have been adding muscle from the exercise, which weighs more than fat. In addition to weighing yourself you should measure your arms, legs, waist etc. to get a better idea of physical changes. Its simple math, if you burn 1000 more calories than you are taking in per day,…
  • Yeah bad idea, eat at least 1000 and burn 500 with exercise. 500 is too risky, good luck
  • I buy the Pure Protein chocolate peanut butter bars at Target 200 calories 20g protein, only 2gs sugar, and 100% awesome. They have other flavors too
