Need Motivation

Went on a vacation and it threw off my routine, now I hit a wall 7 lbs from my goal ugghhh!! How do I get it back, I was on a roll? Damn NY and their delicious pizza.

Just get back to what you were doing prior to your vacation assuming you were seeing results from it Eat clean, sticking to fruits, veggies, lean protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs, and exercise regularly. Also, make sure to stay hydrated, drinking plenty of water and maybe some unsweetened green/black tea.
And yes, I agree, NY pizza is extremely yummy and tough to resist. Good luck0 -
