  • @100... Week 13 - the last one - starts on 29th June So I figure if I'm weighing on that day (Monday) and I've just got a few pounds to go i'll have a few more days to try & lose them before its all over on the 4th.

  • Eleanor... I've been thinking the same thing... So dropped my daily goal down a bit. I think it's because we're not so overweight. It's Tough to kick those last few pounds and even just a few calories over target adds weight. there's not much room for enjoying food. Booo
  • Fab... love the positive thinking! Fit bit is awesome. Had mine for a few years & still get a thrill from hitting 10,000 steps! Food wise I'm aiming for 50% carbs. 30% protein and 20% fat. Got Good Hemp protein shake & loving it. A VAT of nommy ice - cream like shake for just 350 calories...

  • As Andi Peters put it... Abs are built in the kitchen, not the gym. He got ripped by slimming right down first and then working on polishing off those muscles.
  • I've got a fit bit buy it's only a year & half old and it won't hold its charge now. Doesn't really work for sleep tracking either. And no heart rate monitor. I've got my eye on a garmin watch... (But I'm more into running now)
