  • Its the quick acceleration & relatively quick changes of direction.
  • Been using the loop for 6 months or so now, works really well couple of things though. Using whilst riding a motorcycle sends it out of kilter easy to 50k steps in 2 hrs :) The heart rate monitor is difficult to use whilst in training.

  • Buggered my shoulder again. So no swimming for me for a week. Will test the pushbike in the morning instead. Its hard to get going atm though for some reason.
  • Really sore and stiff this morning so stayed in bed, might try a small swim in the morning and extra sauna time. Typical felt really strong and ready for another good 3 months on the case of it all.
  • Depends on what it is, I eat a great deal of spinich/chard and dont bother, just grab a handfull or whatever i think the food needs. I weigh potatoes and root veg like that but otherwise its a guesstimate. I dont really care if i am 20-50g over on carrots, peppers/

  • Holiday time - Doing nothing for 5 days, maybe a chillout swim session but nothing more :) then another 2 month push of doing things correctly.
  • Wooo hooo after a 3/4 days off from the pool, jumped in this morning and felt like a oversize dolphin, this is 100% better than a oversize seal. Great swim for me this morning.
