We're doing a 'Biggest Loser' contest in my Zumba class and they set the weigh-in day for Monday. I always did Friday, but this way has been working great for me. I stay on plan better on the weekends and also tend to fit in more weekend exercise in anticipation of Monday night. Maybe switch some things up and it will help…

I like to hit "complete" after dinner b/c it motivates me not to eat anything for the rest of the night. Not sure why, it's just a mental thing.

I exercise more in the winter. I think it's because in the summer things are more relaxed around the house, more leisure time, etc. There's much more of a schedule once school starts, including my workouts. You can do it, try not to worry too much.

Yep! Going in a store, I never have any idea what size I am. I have to force myself to try the medium and when it fits I assume they just run big. I see pictures all the time so those don't affect me. It's always the clothes sizing.

Just read it yesterday. I think I can take a lot of the rules and incorporate them into my life. Especially the one about drinking water before every meal. 3 things come to mind: Alcohol, fast food, soda. And two years later, soda is the one I still have a hard time with. The first two I could care less about at this point.

I finished C25K over 2 years ago and have done lots of 5Ks, 10 milers and even a half. Getting ready for the OBX Half in November. Running is fantastic - and I never, ever thought I would say that. It's the only exercise that really gets the weight off for me. Feel free to add me - I love seeing all these running replies…

We've started calling our zumba class bikram zumba, we do it in a garage with no A/C. I actually like all the sweating in that class. Running is a differenct story so I just set my alarm for 5:30 so that I can go early ... this heat is killing us here in DC.
