I'm glad you found it inspiring! thats what I was hoping for. I am 5'7 and moderately active, I like doing a combination of cardio and strength training! I'm also doing jillian michaels 30 day shred right now instead of gym!

I've actually started jillian michaels 30 day shred, I am about half way through! I do a combination of cardio and strength training usually.. But i'm not always consistent. My best results are always a combination of these though!

The scale means nothing!! According to the scale i've only lost a few pounds. Some days I weigh close to the same as before picture. Inches are much more reliable!!

Yes! I've just started recently, I do 2 tbsp with 8 ounces water and a teaspoon of honey for taste. I don't think it's too bad... I just have it first thing in the morning. Some of the benefits include alkalizing blood ph level AND it seems to help a lot with acne. Some people use it as a facial toner.

You must have a really negative mindset if you took this open forum post looking for nothing but SUPPORT and took it as me trying to make you feel bad for eating meat. this is good advice, with the vegan aspect later. i think i agree with it- its just too much cutting out too quickly so I will see how I do with vegetarian over the next bit. thank you!
