But I am interested in seeing some of yours! and hearing about your progress so far on MFP! Even if they are little changes.. What are your favourite noticeable changes when you start to lose weight???

For me:
I love waking up in the morning and feeling lighter/leaner. I also love noticing fat loss in my thighs and tightening/lifting in my glutes!
Feel free to share!

I don't have any pictures on hand, but for me it was getting compliments from other people as I lost more and the just the feeling of being in a better mood and having more energy. Of course, being able to buy smaller clothing is also a plus. :3

Looking in the mirror and saying "Would you do me? I'd do me. I'm sexy."

Wait, I said that before I started losing weight. Oh well.

I don't have any progress pictures that I'm happy with to share.

I think the biggest thing I've noticed is that in the process of losing weight, my endurance is increasing. My husband who is overweight, but not obese like I am, is having a hard time going the distances and speeds that I go when we walk/run together.
