Hey! I'm also in the Los Angeles (county) area...Pomona to be exact. Grats on the new business. What gyms do you go to and when?

You don't even look like you need weight to lose, Simply_lulz.

Maybe?

I'm just starting back up again myself. Time to abuse my elliptical again. Add me.

The advertisements on the site generally look at websites you've used previously to gauge what kinds of advertisements to show you. If you maybe hit up "peoplesearch.com" at one point, it might have given the site a clue that you're looking for someone. I know this because I am a website owner, and my advertisements do…

Honestly, I'd take Hungry Man microwave meals completely out of your diet, and go for some Healthy Choice Steamers. 300 calories and it keeps you full, without all the fat and calories from Hungry Man.

First off, don't listen to him. Going from 235 to 216 is quite an accomplishment! Some people lose weight without trying, and some people keep weight off while they eat like crap. Not everyone's bodies are the same. Keep that in mind. Some people are just cruel in nature and don't care. I really feel sorry for people like…

They range from 250-310 calories each and they satisfy my hunger for a few hours. Another thing you can do is eat a couple slices of wheat toast, and down it with a…

That's a pretty hefty goal for 6 months. 40 lbs is more doable, in my opinion....unless you're in the 300-400lb range, which 60lbs would make sense. What's your starting weight?

Thank you for this! It's perfect!

No one knows?

Honestly, I think watching your calorie intake or being on Weight Watchers doesn't matter. What matters is that you eat better and I'm of the belief that calories in needs to be less than calories out. Though, I have had friends on WW that have done rather well. If you look at your caloric intake vs. your points on…

When I first started watching my calories, I had a budget of nearly 1700 to lose 2 lbs a week. I never had a problem with that. But now I'm down to 1300, and on bad days (McDonalds days), I get near it, so to cover the extra calories, every day, whether or not I eat bad, I walk around my work location for 60 minutes a day…
