Been up and down so many time in my 75 years. Now am fighting my way down again. Am a bit handicapped and exercise is harder now. I used to run marathons and climb mountains. rode a bike to work all my life. Eating well pleases me. I just have to watch the libation.

    You sound like you've had quite the life. I wish I could find the time to climb a few mountains. I've been trying to transfer to a closer office so I can ride my bike to work and school.

    Anyway, keep at it!
