  • @IAmSagittarian82 How did you calculate your numbers? I want to get started but don't know my body fat %.
  • Did you use a app to figure out your macros? I don't know my body fat% and I would love to start the Keto.
  • Hello all I'm Portia in GA. I started the program on yesterday July 4th. I am looking to loose some pounds and get in the habit of eating clean. I started doing boot camp 3 weeks ago(Hubby got it for me as a birthday gift). I go 5 days a week for 8 weeks. My short term goal is to be under 200 lbs by Jan 2017. MY long term…
  • I will be starting on Monday July 4 if anyone else going to be doing it again please let me know?
  • You can also add me. I have been gluten free for about 6 months
  • I got my HRM at walmart for about $35. The work out is crazy. You might want to get one because everyones reading will be different. I usually burn 550-750 cal per work out, except on the recovery workout I usually burn 300-400.
  • I can truly say it was great. I got it every other week for 2 month and lost the majority of my 20lbs. It gave me so much energy. I would walk for 1 hr and then wanted to clean, and still was wanting to do more exercise. My husband would tell me to slow down but I just felt so full of energy. I had to take a break in…
  • Im just on day 8 so I have a long way to go. I am just going to stick with it to the end, but my husband is already calling it PX180 because he says were going to do it for 6 months rather than 3
  • I love Almond Milk, I've banned my husband from buying 2% anymore. Ill also take Almond milk over soy milk any day.
  • Fit2Live11 that is a great challenge. I gave up soda 5+ yrs ago and man my face has never been so clear (bump free). My daughter loves Sprite so what I do is buy her the flavor water from Walmart and she thinks she is drinking soda. She loves it and it is 0 cal, 0 sugar
  • Mabey you should try smoothies the Fruits and Veggies kinds. They worked for me. I would drink one for breakfast and lunch and eat a small meal for dinner. Just hang in there and dont give up.
  • I agree with Mv1014. You can even get protein bars. I work the same ours 7-4 everyday and what I do is bring fresh oranges, fresh grapfruit, nuts, yogurt, etc and keep them at my desk (of course not the yogurt LOL!) Just make a list of the things that you like and make several sandwich bags and eat that throughtout the day.
