I do gluten free and dairy free, plus corn, soy and caffeine free. It's tough but there are tons of options!! I do a smoothie for breakfast, salad for lunch and fish or chicken with veggie and either potatoes or rice for dinner. Snacks are nuts, pumpkin seeds or brown rice sushi. They could be gluten free if you don't put the flour in. I found a yummy recipe in this month's Eating Well magazine that uses raw honey and almond butter as the glue. I'll find it and post it tonight!!

Love it on an apple as a snack!! Whole Foods has it fresh in the bulk department. You grind as much as you need! No added oil or sugar, just fresh almonds ground up smooth! Delish!!!!
