I don't know for sure because I haven't tried it, but I have been looking at the Garmin 235. It's expensive but it looks like the next best thing compared to the BodyMedia. I can't BELIEVE they discontinued the app!! :(

To all the girls who feel fatigued during your period, perhaps you should really look into increasing your iron intake. You might become anemic during your TOM and that is why you feel so tired. Hope that helps!

I used to get this when I ate too much. REALLY severe stomach pains that would last for hours. You might have a bacterial stomach. But I would go to the doctor just to be sure. I eat like 3-5 pieces of fruit a day. LOL. I don't care. It's better than a bag of chips and I'm not going to feel bad about it. Fruit is supposed to be good for women who are trying to lose weight anyways. :D

I find that working out after I eat dinner makes me feel like I'm going to ralph. Unless you are just going for a walk or something but if you're really getting your heart rate up I'd advise against it.

You can look up modified jumping jacks on the internet. But I think that a few Epsom salt baths might REALLY help. I love Epsom salts. They heal my calves SO well :D
