Thanks guys, I've downloaded all the info for stronglifts so i'm gonna read all that this week and then i'll also look into the other suggests and read up on them :) Are the exercises in stronglifts suitible if you haven't got much balance or stability?

You're still getting an adequate amount of fat so if you're calories are not too low I wouldn't worry about it. However when shopping I dunno if you do but try not to buy as many low fat versions of things as they're normally filled with more sodium or refined sugars to improve the taste and you might up your fat intake a…

Thanks i'm just gonna do that and take it for what I see. I know the scales arn't everything I just don't wanna log or tell people when they ask i've lost X amount of weight and be lying to them hah!

Maybe you've lost a lot of water weight too! Have you increased water consumption lately, reduced salt intake? I find personally my weight drops quicker when I do not exercise (but that no reason not to exercise) so maybe that was another factor?
