Not all young people are lazy, it's a shame some of the older generations are so quick to generalise. Attitudes like this are not helpful to anyone. I'm a young person, and until recently I was unemployed. That doesn't make me lazy - it makes me a university graduate!

MyFitnessPal have reduced my calories a few times now (started off on 1600 and now I'm down to 1460) but they only did it by about 40 cals each time - so I found it pretty easy to adjust. It's up to you though I guess, if you are losing weight and happy with the results you are getting then don't change a thing! :)

The way I do it is log EVERYTHING, even if you overindulge! Its not nice seeing a big red number telling you you've been a fatty! I find it to be good motivation not to overeat - although there is no harm in having a little indulgence in your life - I've lost over 50 lbs so far and I still have a bit of chocolate or a pie…

Tea is essential to life. I drink it without milk or sugar (occasionally I like a bit of honey - or maybe a slice of lemon). My favourite teas at the moment are vanilla rooibos and china rose petal!

I bought a new shirt for a job interview, and a new pair of jeans :) The shirt was a 16 inch collar size (6 months ago I wore an 18 in) and the jeans were 34 inch waist (6 months ago I was in 38 in) So I'm feeling awesome! :D

avoiding processed food is probably a good thing - I haven't really bought into the whole organic foods thing though, if you have money to burn I guess going completely 'clean' may be an interesting experiment.
