  • Leave him so your child is not raised by such a jerk of a father.
  • amazing! I started at the same spot and want to end at the same spot too, so far halfway to where you are. Great job!
  • It depends on how high your blood pressure is, but you might want to go on the meds until you get all the suggestions here implemented and under control. The re-visit going off them at a later date.
  • I've eaten the same thing for breakfast for at least the past 8 years, probably longer. Wild Woodland Blueberries - 60g - 34cal Kashi Go Lean Crunch - 40g - 150cal Organic Yogurt - 175g - 120cal I've recently added the following to the above: All-bran Buds - 28g - 70cal I guess I am a creature of habit.
  • Congrats on your first day! Keep up the good attitude and the pounds will melt off. Try not to be short of your goals too much as you still need food for energy. Try and move too, that really helps. Finally drink 8 full glasses of water, it actually helps with both craving food and the burning of fat. Cheers :)
  • We do days we call "Kaboom" days where we eat whatever we want. Birthdays, day trips traveling and shopping, holidays, just because we want to days, etc. We still log all the calories. Most of the time with exercise we can still get our week neutral even when we have a day or two where we eat an extra 1000cal or even…
  • Just log your calories, and work on your macros but don't get fixated with them. Then get out and walk or move in some other way. It's not quick but it is long term and lifestyle changing which is the only thing that really works long term. Have fun!
  • Thanks, I will keep my eye out for those. What I meant by "in the North East" was in regards to availability and not so much just geographical brewing area. I know for example Cigar City is not available around here. Cheers :)
  • I have had Southern Tier's Pumking before, and while highly rated I didn't really enjoy it. I agree that it hit many of the notes of pumpkin pie, but at the same time did so in an incredibly cloying manner. I would almost classify it as a dessert beer, which actually makes sense given it's pumpkin pie notes, just too…
  • deadwax is the area on a record between the end of the last song and the label where matrix codes and other info are written.
  • wonderful! keep up the great work!
  • Pretty sure Trader Joes 2012 Vintage Ale is Trois Pistoles. La Terrible is supposedly similar just more complex.
  • Awesome job! :)
  • nice haul! but you missed Southern Tier in the end? I love their beers.
  • I am most fond of Stouts, Mill St., Founders Breakfast, and Southern Tier 2x are at the top of the list this past year. I also like Creemore Springs Kellerbier and Southern Tiers Hop Sun in the summer. Cheers everyone!
  • That is similar to Unibroue's Terrible is it not? They also brew something for Trader Joes(?) that is similar too I believe.
  • Eat and enjoy, just don't bring home 3 days worth of leftovers like we used to do. LOL! I would get: spicy orange chicken, Chinese vegetables, steamed rice, beef with tomato, curried squid, and a vegetarian spring roll.
  • We do this strange ritual where I pick up one of the cats and weigh myself, then put down the cat and weigh myself again. Then we do some math. Then we weigh me and the same cat again. Then we argue that I am giving it too much chicken. Then I pick up the other cat and we weigh it. Then we weigh me without the other cat.…
  • Beer and vinyl, my two passions... the perfect pairing. :)
  • Count me in! I am mostly a stout guy, with a fondness for Founders, Southern Tier, and Mill St. That said, this summer my beer of choice is Southern Tier Hop Sun with 155cal a bottle. Also love Creemore Springs Kellerbier in summer too. Cheers!
  • Congratulations to you both, you look wonderful and I am sure feel great. My wife and are at the beginning a similar new chapter in our lives and your post was inspirational. cheers :)
  • I cannot get this to run for me in FF. :/
  • Thank you, your help is most appreciated. :) I just wish the system was more adaptable and didn't require me to do the maths in advance. A form with fields for distance and time should be feasible. Also, some metric options for exercise would be nice like are available in the food area. Cheers and thanks again.
