I started my journey on March 21st which was my Birthday at 294 LBS and weighed in today at 219. My Ultimate Goal is to be at 190. So Ive got a few more to go but it feels great to hit 75. I could not have done with without MFP and all my friends on here for support. Everyone Keep up the Great work! I always take my pictures as soon as I wake up so I never look too thrilled at 5AM haha
