Started Strong Lifts 5x5 two weeks ago. I have a 9month old and realized that I can no longer blame my flab on my "baby weight." Completed L2D6 this morning. I felt victories because I barely modified ANYTHING. The strength training set that I'm have the hardest time with is the seat squat with a V lift. I cannot stay seated the whole time and I CANNOT do those V lifts with 3lb weights!!! Any advice. Keep up the good work ladies, can't wait to see…

I have not recalculated my calorie intake now that I've lost weight, should I? Nor have I tried any of the "zig-zag calorie" or "binge day" strategies. Has anyone seen results from these techniques? If so, please do tell your success stories.
