Hi Guys,
Does anyone know how to post pictures? I'd like to share my weight loss in pics over the last 6 months. Thx.

    [ img ] www.picture.com/whatever.jpg. [ /img]

    Then remove the spaces. Lower case on the "img" is important for this site.
