I would take it slow and not focus on the scale. Slowly try to change your nutrition and add in more activities. Set small goals and reward yourself when you hit them. Did anyone complete there goal? I have finally made it down to the last 4lbs. I lost over 40lbs since July 2013. I started tracking all my activity with my new fitbit and it has helped keep me motivated.
