I picked up my Surge Sunday at a local Target store. They had a couple in stock only the large size in black.

I picked up a Surge this past Sunday. I upgraded from a one. I do like it so far. I can't wait to see if they update it for biking. I do like to see my heart rate while I climb those stairs. Helps me keep going when my knees start to say stop.

I also set up my macros and my meals to match the 21 day fix. So each meal is a container. This helps me keep track.

I sent you a friend request. I work 11 pm to 7:30 am. I just finished my first round of the 21 day fix. down 6.8 lbs and 2.5 inches. I started round two today. I could share with you what has worked for me.
