I go a little easier on rest days and ease up on the calories a bit. But then again, i haven't lost 52 pounds either! Nice work! Clearly you're doing whats right for you!

Yea... Burpies, Manmakers, bodybuilders (look up crossfit or sealfit) , squats using a tabata timer are great too. You dont need ANY gear for a great workout... Hit it hard !

Maybe you need a break... or a vacation? If your fitness is anything like your diet, you're pretty hard-core. A vacation would do any of us good :)

YES>>> I use this all the time - Excellent! Started out with squats (20 sec on , 10 off) for 8 sets, then moved to Biceps and Shoulders. Now I try to use the timing for all areas I may be struggling with. It burns :)

Negative... don't count it. Is this something you do on a regular basis? If so, enter this in how physically active you are at work.

ROGER THAT!

You can use a similar technique for pull-ups too! That exercise is within reach if you're doing pushups now > Great Job!

Exactly... probably the easiest way to burn calories.

Great job - Yes, it does work. I'm glad you're not counting it too.

You've heard this before... you got to make time man. You said you work 9-5... I know you have kids to get ready for school and whatnot but how about getting up early and getting at it first thing. You can do a good workout in 20 minutes without leaving the house. Remember the basics... Pushups, situps, burpies, plank,…

I wouldn't even bother logging the extra... I walk with weights too and I only count what the treadmill says. Find that forces me to stick to a stricter diet to maintain my calorie goal. Keep up the great work!
