  • I did day 5 back to back. I am EXHAUSTED!!!! Still sore from yesterday too. I am going to really enjoy my rest day tomorrow. I earned it and that feels good.
  • I missed yesterday so I did day 3 and 4 today. I hate planks because i am terrible at them. I worry im not getting the total benefit from them. I modify them and do the best I can do with them.

  • I enter them as circuit training. I have a HRM and I use the calories from my HRM, not the preset calories here. My HRM calories are lower than the preset here.
  • I have a HRM and I also burn WAY less than MFP says I burned. Usually its around half. The best thing I did when I started to be serious about losing weight and getting fit was 1) starting a MFP account, 2) logging ALL my calories, 3) getting a HRM.

  • I just started the Beta cycle this week. I have done Hip Hop Abs and I love Shaun T. Its not quite as fun as HHA, but it is fun and engaging and its done in 25 minutes (plus a 3 minute stretch). Its HARD work and I am seeing results.
  • Week six is HARD! Im loving it but Im struggling. Ive done the first two days (ill do day 3 in about an hour) and its really hard. That being said, I do love it and I think its the right amount of difficulty for the second phase.

  • Oops, I forgot to mention the diet plan. Honestly, I dont follow T25. I use MFP and log all my calories on here. I think their nutrition guidelines and daily calorie intake for me is good and I lose when I follow it. MFP has me at 1200 calories a day before I workout. More when I do.   • im on week 5 also, right on schedule.
  • Im still here and doing good. I havent missed a day yet (except the stretching). This week I can really feel that I have more flexibility! I still do alot of the mods, but even those I do much better with. I love this workout. Its hard and it has pushed me and I love it.
