Perhaps areas you are measuring haven't changed. I'm very similar I've lost 17lbs and gone down a dress size but from my waist, hip, leg and arm measurement I haven't lost any inches. I've just upped my calories to 1850 and am feeling better already. Not sure if it is psychological as I was eating back exercise calories but am now following TDEE. Stick with it.

I'm a single girl, but I never buy ready meals. I batch cook everything from fresh and then portion it up and freeze the rest. It is great as it means that you build up a stock of different meals which only need re-heating. I then just cook fresh veg/rice/potatoes to go with the main meals. Good luck!!

I am with you all the way - I can't have anything like this in my cupboards/fridge be it chocolate, sweets, biscuits or crisps. If its there I'll eat it so I can sympathise. The plums are a great idea - I know sometimes its tortuous when the craving hits!! Thank you :happy:

Having at least one rest day would not be a bad thing - the body does need to recover. I'm no expert but that looks quite adventurous for a beginner. Good luck though I wish you all the best!!!

Hiya I've been on this for years and did put on weight up wouldn't blame it all on depo. I've lost 38 lbs over the last 15 months and only a few pounds left to go. I do put on a couple of pounds about 3 weeks before my jab is due but generally have kept the weight off. Stick with it you can do it! Good luck!
