My son had to sit out half a game when he played Pop Warner Tackle football because he was a 1/2 pound under the weight requirement. The coach made him drink fluids to gain the weight....which he did....but promptly threw up after weighing in again, so they didn't let him play anyhow. lol

I just started Insanity on Monday. So far, I absolutely LOVE it but I'm sure my attitude will change in a week or so. lol I do what I can and push myself but not the point of harming myself....and I certainly do NOT try and keep up with people in the DVD. When I injured my shoulder I had physical therapy forever. They started me off with different stretches then moved up to light weights and bands. Your surgeon isn't requiring you to do PT? It would help tremendously because you don't wanna reinjure your shoulder.
