If you feel it in your chest and back after interval training then it most probably is caused by some kind of action, a twisting, turning or repetition that your body is not currently used to. That it is lessening over time perhaps suggests that. Like shin splints and how the connective tissue from the muscle to bone…

I don't see any point in keeping a log if you're not going to include everything.

This, basically. And it's actually quite shocking how people are so set in their ways that they can't be happy for you.

I did the same at 30, decided now is the time to do something before more serious problems arise or it spiralled out of control, and so I could enjoy these years better. Working in an office job with little exercise and eating without care (I've never eaten large amounts) slowly adds the pounds on over years, there is often no massive leap to…

I don't eat much chocolate, but I'll have a piece of dark if I fancy it. If I have to choose a chocolate bar that isn't too heavy then: 185 cal.

King prawns.

What do they eat, cables?

I definitely don't eat them every day but halawi dates are something I wouldn't mind trying to.

Never had that problem in the UK, KFC is generally greasy and disgusting. My brother had one once where the chicken was virtually green inside. He was on the toilet for several days afterwards. I won't touch the stuff. Obviously I can understand the situation as we all have our favourite foods, but cutting it down even if…
