I like to log the night before - whatever I pack for work the night before gets logged before I go to bed. Sets the tone of success the night before so I just wake up and go according to plan.

Thanks for the comments! I am really enjoying them. I usually take about 2 Tbs a day (about 110 cals, I think). Great source of plant based protein and omega 3s! : ) And they are surprisingly affordable, too! Bonus!!

I have been with WW on and off over the years but am largely disenchanted at this point. They are always trying to upsell you and push (their own and others') processed foods - yucko! No thanks!

I love carbs and include them but try to keep them as unprocessed as possible. Fruits, veggies, whole grains, etc.

I habitually save some calories for evenings because I enjoy eating something after dinner and before bed. As long as it fits into your dietary plan, I don't think the time of day matters much.
