The gym I go to is the same way they automatically take the payment out every month. I haven't had a problem with it.

The first step was to stop relying in processed food. I started eating a lot less. if i eat pasta I will have one serving and I use the whole grain pasta. I switched to brown rice instead of white rice and starting eating a lot more meat and vegetables. There are days that is all I have is just protein and vegetables. If…

The weight loss has helped my back, however, but I will always have back problems. I don't feel it as much now once I lost weight and can really notice it if I am doing something that really works my back. The pain isn't as bad and can usually rest a little bit with a heating pad or cold compress and it helps.

My goal on MFP is 1520 calories, I usually eat anywhere from 1200 to 1500.

Walking is good as well. I started walking, I have found that it has helped my back as well in the process. I have discs out of place in my back so my back hurts almost everyday

I like to do stir-frys. Another good way is to either have a smoothie or juice them.
