Haven't been posting but i've been keeping track of my squats with the 30 day squat challenge app. ,130 regular squats done before bed.

Finished my 80 squats in between my lunch walk. My gluts were a little sore when I went to sit down. Ouch!

Forgot to post mine to. Went on my walk at lunch, got in a mile, did my squats and then a mile back to work.

Just finished 70 squats before bed.

60 normal squats done this morning then went out paddle boarding.

Great job on completing day 3, which was a few weeks ago, so you should be further along than I am seeing. Are you still on track? I finished day one on Monday and plan on day two today.

Just finished day 7. I felt a little tired with my monthly visiting me today, worked through it and feel good that i didn't give up.

Finished day 4 yesterday and day 5 today. I finally felt like i had a breakthrough. Made it through the whole thing without stopping, it was the low intensity, but I'll take it!

Whoops, I forgot to measure my chest. Anyway, Here's what I got. Chest - Waist - 39 Hips - 43 Thighs - 24 I'm ready to change this body!
