Successes/struggles this week: What?! I gained 4.5 lbs in 5 days?! I didn't even know that was possible. The scale is going the wrong way. I exercised every day. I didn't eat super great, but I didn't eat horribly either. I went over a few days, but not by much. Heavy sigh. Hopefully next week have a better #.

The silver lining is I had my first coke temptation of the year and resisted. This makes 13 months since I've had a coke. After having anywhere from a small bottle to a case or more a day since I was 8 years old, I am happy with this.0 -
